This project was built on the remains of the Comet textile factory. The main elements of the project are based on the old structures of this factory. The aim is to accommodate Tour de France cyclists during their training sessions. The hotel includes a training centre, a sports hall, a bar, a restaurant and a cycling museum. Its location, at the foot of the Tourmalet, makes it a possible response to the challenge of revitalising and enhancing the region's activities.
The hotel occupies the former administration building of the Comet textile factory. The ground floor has a spacious lobby, a lounge, a bar, meeting rooms and a cycle tuning workshop. The 3* hotel has 60 rooms, which are complemented by a gym and a sauna. Each space has been the subject of a pictorial study to create a game offering visual dilatations, varied atmospheres and different sensations throughout the course of the journey, from the restaurant to the rooms, via the museum.
