This project was built on the remains of the Comet textile factory. The main elements of the project are based on the factory's former structures. The aim is to accommodate Tour de France cyclists during their training sessions. The cycling museum at the foot of the Tourmalet is a possible response to the challenge of revitalising and promoting the region's activities.
